Self-pay
We provide all-inclusive self-pay quotes that bundle surgeon, anesthesia, hospital, mesh, standard imaging, and routine post-op care. Your coordinator will provide a personalized written estimate after your consultation.
Medical financing partners
Patients in the United States and Canada can apply for medical financing through our partners (subject to credit approval). Typical options include fixed-rate installments over 24–84 months. Your coordinator will share current partner details during your consultation.
Insurance
We are an out-of-network provider for most U.S. insurance carriers. Many of our patients submit a superbill (itemized statement) to their insurer for partial reimbursement. We do not bill insurers directly.
International patient coordination
For patients traveling to Tijuana, our team coordinates airport pickup, hotel partners, ground transportation, and pre-op imaging. Most groin and umbilical hernia patients return home within 2–3 days of surgery; complex ventral or recurrent cases may need a longer stay.
Deposits & refund policy
A non-refundable scheduling deposit holds your surgical date. The remaining balance is due before surgery. If we determine you are not a candidate after pre-op evaluation, the deposit is refunded in full.
